Please click on the “Forgot My Password” link on the home page of the BeneSaver website. Enter your Email Address that is on file with the website, and the Password will be emailed to you.
I did not receive a particular vendor’s discount offered on the BeneSaver website:
BeneSaver vendors have committed to honoring their promised discounts. If one of their branches or personnel do not extend the discount, we recommend you show them the Webpage or a printout. You may need to contact the vendor to determine why the discount was not applied. If you still do not receive satisfaction, please email us at

How do I change my personal information?
Login to the BeneSaver website and click on the “
My Account
” link. You may then delete current information and type in new information. When you click on the “Submit” button, your new information will be stored.
